It was a busy June with a week of performances in Branson, Mo and many gigs right here in the area.

For a July 4th Summertime treat, try a slice of a Lemonade Stand Pie.
What you’ll need is:
1/2 cup cold water
1/3 cup Lemonade flavor drink mix
2 cups vanilla ice cream, softened
1 tub (8 oz.) Cool Whip (thawed)
1 ready to use graham cracker crust (6 oz.)
1 cup mixed berries, (blueberries, blackberries, & raspberries)
Add water to drink mix in large bowl, stir until dissolved.
Add ice cream, beat with mixer until blended
Whisk in Cool Whip.
FREEZE, until thick enough to mound, and spoon into crust.
Return to freezer at least 4 hours or until firm. Remove from freezer at least 15 minutes before serving. Slice and serve with berries.
I love a dessert wine with dessert! I think it’s the last great touch of a meal. As far as I have tried, No wine goes well with Lemon flavors. But, W A I T ! ! !
A taste of LEMONCELLO is excellent. Warm on the mouth and taste buds with a chilled/frozen slice of pie. BON APPÉTIT !
